Elevate to the Colors

After a dry spell due to some bad timing with the weather, I was able to collect some fall color in mass over the last couple weeks. Hiking over 40 miles in the span of a few days exposed me to a whirlwind of alpine beauty. I managed to see some great light, as evidenced by this scene that showcases warm light unfolding over the cascade range and Lake Valhalla.
