Golden Eye

Probably the final image from this sunset shoot I’ve been putting out over the past year. It’s the only vertical from the series. I tend to see landscapes in horizontal format which is often the opposite to many other photographers. It is often said that vertical landscapes present a more powerful statement but I personal like constructing more complex foreground to fit into that extra width. The horizontal format looks a lot better on computer screens and is ideal for double page spreads in magazines.
