Adams from Trout Lake · Trout Lake · Washington · USA I'm not sure what the average hit/miss rate is for my fellow photographers in getting the dramatic golden-hour skies we typically yearn for, but I know for my part I've become pretty adept (resigned?) to shooting mountains under pretty blasé conditions. I think I'm as convinced about the existence of my bad cloud juju as my boy Jeff Chen is in his cloud mojo. Good thing he was riding shotgun with me on this day. Of course, if he could guarantee results like this each and every time we rode together, I could probably better tolerate his very un-Chinese propensity for ordering Kung Pao chicken at his native Chinese restaurants all the time. But as I'm writing this he's texting me about how he just got skunked at Scott Lake. Maybe he's not the X-factor after all. Maybe it's the Kung Pao chicken? via tulatop http://500px.com/photo/86633413
