Flying Wishes

Dear Light Lovers, Presnting the first shot from my Nikon 14-24mm lens. A much lusted lens for me finally arrived a few days back. All I wished for was some clouds and some color. I chose a sturday morning to go for the first shoot but wanted it to be a memorable one. Worked on the weather, tide, cloud cover etc etc and just wished that things fell into place. I got up at 5AM and started driving to my favourite hangout and noticed some color in the sky. I could see my wishes get wings and start to fly. I drove, parked by the roadside and was just awestruck by the brute forces of nature. I had been to this place many times but it was windy(real windy) with a very high tide. I set the camera on tripod and literally hugged it for 20 seconds without breathing to prevent it from motion and getting blown away. But the first shot I saw was really worth the eefort.
