Hypnotizing Paine Grande
This photo of Paine Grande was taken after my official Patagonia Photo Adventure 2015. After the photo tour, I took some time for my own photography development to enrich my connection with the area that I have experienced during my earlier trips. Exploration in search for new photo locations defines my philosophy of landscape photography. Every time when I go off the beaten path, I refuel my creativity and find where the essence of landscape photography exists. It was a very colorful morning in the off-the-main-trail area of Torres del Paine. For that particular daybreak I had planned different location for possible composition, but this view caught my attention the night before so I decided to stay there instead. The water level in the stream outflowing from the lake was very low, but I found the angle that allowed catching the reflection. The mountain and the area shown on this photo required some of the off the trail hiking, but it was definitely worth the effort as it shows a new and previously unphotographed perspective on Paine Grande. via ArturStanisz http://500px.com/photo/107814221
