It is probably my best picture for how it happened. I live in Jacksonville Fl and one evening myself, my wife and two teen daughters took our dog Coco (a yellow lab puppy) to a park nearby on the St Johns River. Well Coco had never seen a river before and she was amazed! I just happened to snap this shot as she saw a fish jump, and I was just in the right spot- and the sun was setting with bright orange in the sky. I did not color this up with photoshop either, just had white balance turned up.
